Shahrukh Khan's blessing for Khichdi team in Press Meet: The Khichdi team’s wish to meet with their inspiration Shahrukh Khan was finally answered. The entire cast of the film including Anang Desai, Rajeev Mehta and Supriya Pathak, welcomed SRK warmly and presented him with a bouquet and a big ticket for Khichdi - The Movie.

Shahrukh congratulated the Khichdi team, on successfully turning the serial into a comedy movie. He showered all his good wishes and great luck to the Khichdi team. He wished them success and hoped that the movie is a big Hit just like the big ticket given to him. “Please go out and watch this film if you feel like laughing with your family, I can assure you it will be a fun filled evening,” said Shah Rukh.

Khichdi is produced by JD Majethia under the banner of Hats Off production and written and directed by Aatish Kapadia. “Shah Rukh taught us humility and that is why he is truly our inspiration and we thank him for coming here personally and giving his best wishes to all of us,” said Majethia.
