Her show Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 3 has fetched bigger opening TRPs than those hosted by Akshay Kumar in previous two seasons of the show.
In fact, KKK3 has surpassed the other reality shows like Dus Ka Dum, Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain in terms of opening ratings.
Khatron Ke Khiladi 3 opened with a 5.5 television viewing rating, pipping the ratings of the show’s previous seasons that were around 4.4. The figures are surprising as the gal hasn’t been that appreciated as a host; viewers find Akki better. Nevertheless, for Priyanka this is encouraging and she is thankful to all for their love and support.
So, can we expect another season with PC as the host? Well, time would tell that. Meanwhile, the programming head of Colours channel admits that signing the glam actress as a host has added ‘freshness’ to the show.
The Khatron Ke Khiladi buzz: PC is back in India from the shoot of KKK3 in Brazil. This time the show’s schedule is not long, since the actress is running short of time because of her busy schedule. Thus every participant gets one chance instead of two to prove their mettle, otherwise they will be eliminated. Though the rumour is already out as to who will go on to win the show, we wouldn’t like to spoil the suspense for our readers.
