Aamir Khan Gossips: I don’t know how many hats will he don, but the 3 Idiots star is doing another new thing. After becoming a cricketer in Lagaan, a teacher in TZP and a student in 3 Idiots, he is trying to become a physical trainer in real life.
He has invited all his fans on Facebook to come and join him on his new regime. In fact he has offered them some diet control tricks as well.
“Visited my dietician today. I really need to get back into shape. So Monday onwards back to my diet and workout.” He wrote.
“Hey why don’t those of you who want to, join me in this. Every day we post a report of whether we were able to stick to the diet, and whether we hit the gym. How does that sound?” added the superstar.
Moreover, Aamir also gave away all the details of his diet plan on his blog so that his fans can read that and follow. He also shared all the information he has gained while working in Ghajini and in all those movies which demanded a fitter and leaner look. He also shared knowledge about losing weight. He gave most emphasis to healthy diet.
“3 things are most important, and in that order: 1. A healthy and balanced diet. 2. Exercise. 3. Rest. Actually exercise and rest are equally important, but the most important is a healthy and balanced diet.(sic),” read his blog.
He wrote a long post on Facebook, and he instructed his fans on how to exercise, diet and take rest. Above all, he warned them to choose their dietician very carefully. He knows that it’s really difficult to hit the gym, because we all are usually very lazy, or we don’t have that much time to devote. He found a solution to that as well.
“We can post before and after photos as well. At the end of 3 months we will be one hell of a fit bunch!” he added
